How do I reset my “password” or “username”?
To reset your Glamskaters® account password, enter the email address you registered with on the Glamskaters® website on the “Forgot your password” page. Then, you will receive an email with a link to allow you to re-enter your password with the subject line “Account recovery”. Make sure to check your Junk or Spam folders. If you think you have not received the password reset email, please follow the instructions in the email and on the website to complete the process.
I have selected an item that is no longer in stock. What do I do?
Some of our products are exclusive or limited edition and therefore can be sold quickly if demand is high. In some situations, the product may return to stock after a new production is completed. In case of doubt, please contact us directly at our email: geral@glamskaters.com.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or something is missing from your order, please contact us so that we can resolve it as soon as possible. Glamskaters® will not charge any product that is resent due to failure on our part.
